#15 Reflection

Today we take a day off from doing affirmations and clearing and spend the day in reflection. We take a moment to reflect on all that we have done so far while participating in this Lenten series. And we give thanks…first to ourselves for having the desire and courage to walk this path at this time in our lives, and secondly for loving ourselves enough, being important enough to become MORE.

We recognize that we need this day of rest to let everything settle in and find its new place within our consciousness.  We recognize that we are strong, infinite, never-ending beings.  We fully accept our path as creator of our earth story. We spend our day in Grace.  We set our thoughts to the “loving channel” and we put our feet up, literally or figuratively, and praise the good within us. There is only space for love and forgiveness now.  There is only room within us to be inspired.  We are inspired by our dedication over the last several weeks and trust the momentum to continue. At last we are giving ourselves permission to live an inspired life!

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#14 It Is Finished

It is finished! In the Christian stories, Jesus, while on the cross, called out: “It is finished”. To me this indicates that whatever sacrifices had to be made are now complete in order for us to be saved from our misguided thoughts and actions . How does this work for us? We can claim the same structure of completion: We Are Finished! We are finished suffering and torturing ourselves with regret and incorrect decisions.  We are finished punishing ourselves through others actions and we are finished blaming the outer world for our inner despair. We are finished floating around the Universe without the spiritual tether line of love. We are finished with our prejudice and incorrect thinking.

We take a moment to visualize a beautiful campfire, perhaps next to our Eywa tree, and enthusiastically throw all our old story books into the fire. We release them with love and forgiveness on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, psychologically and spiritually.

We feel our spirit begin to shift…there is this lightness of being emerging within our very being.  We are HOME…we are now working from that place of Light which brings forgiveness, love and renewal. We begin to understand that it doesn’t really matter what happens in our outer world because we are now reconciling with our inner world and we feel the presence of God in its full and complete essence of the Divine. We are now awakening to our own worthiness, our own inner story of beauty, peace and constant healing of the spirit. We recognize that we are the director, the author and actor of our own story. We are now living and connecting, working and experiencing our story through the spirit of our divinely guided world.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry …Thank you!

#13 To the Eywa Tree

Enough wandering!  We are now ready to root ourselves into the beauty and the wisdom of the Eywa Tree.  I love visualizations and I am a big fan of the movie Avatar, not for the military story but for the Indigenous story. The Eywa Tree represents the Divine Mother, the Tree of Souls, with all her glorious stories and memories stored into this beautiful divine energy.  This is where the Avatars went to pray, to remember, to celebrate, and to heal.  This is our personal journey for today.  We are going to the Eywa Tree.  We are traveling within our minds to that place where our Sacred Self resides.  We connect to the Eywa Tree to re-discover and connect with the Divine Mother and all that she gives for us in this life.

Trees are representational of the Divine.  They give us so much: the air we breathe, as well as so many foods that we eat. They cover our wonderful earth with the strength of  many years of recording this world’s energy.  The beautiful Red Wood Sequoias in Northern California draw many visitors every year helping those who participate in their beauty to come away refreshed and renewed. We are going to take that one step further because we are going to visualize ourselves becoming this beautiful Tree of Souls, rooting into our deepest spiritual selves, anchoring all the powerful memories of who we truly ARE. So, sit quietly and take a few deep breathes as we allow the Sacredness of the Eywa Tree to be ours. We feel the energy of the tree drawing us in, surrounding us with the Light and Love and Peace that this Eywa Tree possesses. We hear her songs as she sings her memories to us, embracing us. We feel her Peace as she welcomes us.  We feel her support, her knowing, spiritual guidance…perhaps even our own resurrection as we journey into the deepest parts of her loving energy.  We are completely enveloped in her spiritual arms.  The connectedness is beyond any recent memory and we fall into this Spiritual spell with great willingness. We are HOME.  We are ONE.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#12 Love is All There Is

Love is all there is. This is a wonderful statement and a powerful mantra but if we have forgotten who we are, where we come from and what our purpose is for being here…the statement: Love Is All There is, is not an easy knowing. It may seem a distant memory, experiences which seem long ago, age and too many negative happenings moving us away from our inner Truth: We Are Love. Today we are in the practice of REMEMBERING.  We take this day to rest…from forgetfulness, from sadness, from disappointment, from the seeming lack of love. And we move, instead, to a place of the Sacred I AM.  We turn a blind eye to what appears and go directly to the Source of our Creation. We open the doors of the spiritual heart…where the presence of GOD IS and where we can move to in our thinking, our actions and the process of BEING connected to LOVE. In the words of George Harrison, the spiritual Beatle (that was his label in the early years)…we do not love…WE ARE LOVE. Today we are remembering, connecting and activating the truth…We Are Love…Repeat after me: I am love…I am love…I am Love…thank you God…I am Love.

I love you…Please Forgive Me…I am Sorry…Thank You!

#10 Oh to Thrive!

Today I am making the transition from survivor to thriver.  Whether the word Thriver is actually a word or not, I have declared it so for the purpose of this writing. Today we are all stepping into our new powerful story of Thriving…Thriver…Thrive. As we have been diligent in reducing our old dark stories, thoughts and experiences we are now preparing our personal garden for success! This success is not measured in money or by things or by our place in society. This success is designed by our willingness to THRIVE, to allow ourselves the pleasure of spiritual awakening and release. We have been preparing our personal earth garden by releasing all the old, unwanted stories of defeat and victimization.  Hallelujah! Thanks to ALL THAT IS for helping us walk to this point in our earth healing and release.  We can feel our re-birth happening every day. We can feel the Divine Spirit of Love walking with us so closely as we take this Lenten journey.  It is a courageous thing…to finally realize that we are the authors of our own stories of Life.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#9 Coping Skills

In order to survive the difficulties our lives have contained we develop coping skills.  Some skills are positive but most seem to work against us because they are developed through fear. Today we release all negative coping skills designed through fear. Today we decide what stays and what needs to be released.  We honor these skills as they were once needed but now we release all negative coping structures with new structures of thought, communication, patience and help from trusted friends and professionals. We honor our new life and living with new structures of thinking and right actions. We face old stories of self-help and set them free. We move forward in expressing the need for MORE…more honesty, more positive structure, more elements in our living which feed and nurture our spirit.  We find the Source, the God Center, which helps us to re-design who we are and how we face and meet the challenges of life. We know we are never alone because we have been learning how to listen and hear our Earth Mother’s Divine Song.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#8 The Loss of Old Stories

We have all lived through loss. We have all been victims. We have all struggled to stand upright. Now during this Lenten series we will strive to release all the old stories and circumstances which have left us bruised and battered and we will see these old stories disappear. We will no longer be defined by them.  We will no longer need to review them over and over again in the need to justify why we can’t be MORE.  Today we are releasing our victim stories.  We are burning them in the campfire. We are exposing them in their truth.  We no longer support blame, shame, or guilt. We, instead, choose New Life. We choose Love over Fear and in so doing we allow those dark, disturbed, broken parts of ourselves to leave and return to the LIGHT. We send these parts to the spiritual healing room, asking our angels to help them on their way. We use our mantra about forgiveness and love and we do this spiritual house cleaning with ease and grace.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#7 Ho’oponopono

How are you feeling today? Do you have time to stop for a moment and take an emotional inventory? Do you fear something? Are you frustrated by another’s actions? Are you lost in circumstances from which you have no control? NO WORRIES!  That’s right…NO WORRIES! If you have been loyal to these daily sessions in thought you will also have been saying the Ho’oponopono at the end of each day’s message. The Ho’oponopono comes from Hawaii, taught to Dr. Hew Len (Phd) by Morrnah Simeona, a  brilliant Hawaiian Shaman.

This teaching was created to help bring peace and understanding to the islands.  The four statements can be the most powerful words you will ever speak. I have used the Ho’oponopono for over 9 years and finally understand the magnificent beauty and power of these healing words.

Use these words as your mantra to help you “clear” and “clean” your way through your feelings today.  The whole concept of the Ho’oponopono is to accept responsibility for your response to the world.  You cannot stop another from doing or being who they are but you can create within yourself a deeper understanding of your response system and accept personal responsibility for your perception of day’s events.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry will help you clear away, with right action, any old, limited, dark thoughts which may continue to play your negative songs.  Remember, the Earth Mother is singing to you. As you clear away the blame, shame and guilt your sense of loss of power will begin to fall away and you will instead begin to sense love and forgiveness, hope and resurrection from your old unwanted pain-filled stories.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#6 Thoughts Are Things

This is the sixth day of cutting away old ideas, thoughts and habits of consciousness. Remember: Thoughts are Things! Every thought we have finds its place within us.  When we have continued and repeated thoughts we build “mind bridges”. The lighter the thoughts, the happier we are. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be consumed by thoughts and feelings of love, joy, peace and laughter, etc? We are most often consumed, however, by the opposite: judgment, hatred, anxiety, jealousy, resistance, stubbornness and…I can’t and I won’t statements. OUCH! That door slams on us all the time.

Remember, we are all creators of our world.  Which world do you wish to be responsible for? Today we consciously build  “mind bridges” of  unconditional love, acceptance, joy, “I can” statements, forgiveness, understanding and grace.  The list can go on and on. We opened our hearts yesterday by listening and now we can go further into the beauty of our souls by affirming what is right and good. Today we are building positive “mind bridges” to our soul and unlocking our true beauty.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!

#5 Opening of the Heart

It’s true: I am beginning to experience the inner dying/release of old ideas, concepts, and promises from the past. Death of old consciousness is not always easy.  It takes a lot of determination and desire to change who we are and how we’ve been shaped in this world. Today, as parts of me continue to be released, I am also aware of an opening in my heart.  I feel songs deeply.  I sense the constant humming of Mother Earth as she sings to us…reminding us to BE LOVE…Be KINDNESS…BE UNAFRAID…BE FREE.  Ahhhh…I love when I hear her beautiful voice singing to all who allow themselves to hear her Earth Song.

I love you…Please forgive me…I am sorry…Thank you!
